Prior to becoming a Realtor, Dave spent 37 years supporting computer applications.  His last 31 years in that business was with a major insurance company in Hartford, CT, where he began as a programmer and finished as a Manager in support of Payroll, Benefits and Personnel systems.  The duties he had to perform there taught him that one of the most important characteristics you should develop in business and personal life is to take the time to listen to what people want and need.
