I started New Horizons because Colorado is in the midst of an affordability crisis and people need help. I want you to keep more money in your pocket.

My family and I have a comfortable lifestyle and that's enough for me. I don't need the extra money from operating like other real estate agencies. I want to give back, and that's why I do what I do for clients.

I've been in Colorado since 2006. I was born in Oregon (and a piece of my heart will always be near the ocean and in the forests), but Colorado is home and the mountains are a sanctuary to me.

For 15 years I worked as an air traffic controller—keeping travelers safe, working with highly intelligent and talented people, and participating in one of the most important aspects of our country's infrastructure. I negotiated and collaborated with the FAA on behalf of the National Air Traffic Controllers Association, one of the strongest unions in the U.S., and developed strong negotiation skills from this experience.

I moved into real estate because I wanted to be closer to people and participate in arguably one of the most important events in people's lives: the journey of home ownership.

I’ve been serving my communities for many years:

• High Plains Library District Foundation (2021–present): Board Member, Chairman of Strategic Planning & Financial Planning Committees, Treasurer of the Foundation

• Elementary Accountability Committee (2024)
• Sports Coach (2015–2019)
• Camp and Festival Volunteer (2005–present)

The list goes on, but simply put, I care deeply for the people around me.

I believe in sharing the abundance of good fortune, and that’s what led me to start New Horizons and make it our mission to give back to clients during their real estate journeys.
