$695,000
This charming older building was used for decades as the UNC Mirror student newspaper. It has huge potential with the newly renovated 16th street corridor and huge traffic count and private parking along with the on-street parking improvements made by the city. The main floor of the building has a large reception area, a kitchen, three bathrooms and four offices. It also has two rear doors for improved access and one of them is at a loading dock elevation for pickup and deliveries ease. The upstairs currently has two bathrooms one full and one 1/2 bath. It has a kitchen and a massive living room, or reception area, or conference room, or more office space, so many possibilities. The rear of the upstairs unit has a one bedroom or office as well. We think the upstairs would make an excellent 3-bedroom apartment with a balcony with a renovation producing $1900 per month potentially. This building also has an unfinished basement for storage or future office space possibly and could be turned into a third unit utilizing the third door as an entrance.
