The land offers privacy and unique topography so you feel a million miles away while only being 1/4 mile off of a paved road and only 7 minutes from Wellington. Enjoy dark night skies and city light views by night and completely unobstructed mountain views by day. PVREA Electric at the property line and high speed fiber optic internet available through Nunn Telephone Co. Qualifies for a full use domestic well for livestock & landscaping use. Formerly enrolled in the Conservation Reserve Program, the land features an incredible healthy stand of native grasses. Enjoy the autonomy of no formal HOA. Property is protected by light "good neighbor" covenants and a simple shared maintenance agreement for the private access road and entry monument. TO PRESERVE THE GRASSLAND, PLEASE DO NOT DRIVE ON THE LOTS. You are welcome to put on your boots and explore on foot. "Potential Building Site Signs" have been placed on the locations with the best views. For this lot, you can't appreciate the full view from the access road - ideal building site, suitable for a walk-out basement, is along the southwestern portion of the lot.
